These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FJIK — Find a Job in Kurdistan ("FJIK", "we", "us"), including our website, apps, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

FJIK is a job marketplace connecting candidates and employers in Kurdistan. FJIK is not a party to any employment relationship formed between a candidate and an employer.

The Service provides AI-assisted features (job matching, CV parsing, cover letters, interview prep). AI outputs are generated automatically, may contain inaccuracies, and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for any content you submit or send that is based on AI output.

6. Content ownership & licence

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile data, CVs, job posts). You grant FJIK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FJIK does not guarantee employment, candidate quality, or the accuracy of listings, profiles, or AI outputs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FJIK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
